Founding partner Nick Diprose established Holdsway in 2013.  Since then the business continues to go from strength to strength. Consequently, itt gives us great pleasure to share with you that this year’s Institute of Interim Management (IIM) survey again places Holdsway as a top-five interim recruiter.  This underlines our reputation as a leading light in interim recruitment. This annual survey is the only independent survey of the interim management industry.  This award reflects the quality of service we provide across the UK and Europe.

In 2016 the IIM recognised Holdsway as one of the UK’s fastest-rising interim management firms. In 2018, the IIM ranked Holdsway a ‘Gold Service’ provider (top 30). The following year we achieved the status of a ‘Platinum’ (UK top 15) provider. Last year we moved into the UK top 5 and this year, Holdsway is delighted to have cemented our position as a UK top 5 interim management recruiter.
